No other color tape should be used as alternative.如果不能采购到所需胶带, 可通过其它厂区获取. 禁止使用其它颜色胶带替代.5.3 Operations personnel working in the facility must be trained to understand the Color Code Chart and the implications of each color. 所有雇员必须参加培
14、训并熟识颜色代码及各颜色所代表的含义.6.0 Procedure/程序6.1 Standardizing color marking procedure/统一色彩标识程序 6.1.1 The standard Flextronics floor-marking template is shown in Appendix A(Note: Operations may substitute painting the floor markings instead of using tape. As an example, this is permitted in areas of heavy for
15、klift traffic). 标准标识样板如附录A所示.(注: 有些地方可用地板标识涂料代替胶带, 如有叉车的区域) 6.1.2 Area definition is dependent on the needs of the individual site. Not all the colors defined in the template are applicable or usable to all facilities. 区域标识依各厂区不同需求而定, 并非所有色彩标识样板都必须在厂区内使用. 6.1.3 Standard tape size is 4.8 cm or 2 inch
16、es in width. Minor deviations are acceptable. 标准胶带宽度应为4.8厘米或2英寸, 可有较小偏差. 6.1.4 Individual site is allowed to practice its own container/material bin control in addition to the floor taping. However having a colored bin or container does not exclude the facility from the need of marking the floor. 除地
17、板胶外, 允许各厂区使用有颜色的容器或物料柜, 但同时依然要使用地板标识. 6.1.5 All areas that handle ESD material must be marked with the ESD tape. The ESD tape can contain text between symbols stating ESD protected area(in English). If there is text, the orientation shall be so the text is read the right way entering the ESD protect
18、ed area. 所有有ESD物料的区域必须有ESD胶带标识.ESD胶带上静电保护区域符号之间可有说明文字 (英语). 如果有文字, 其方向必须与进入ESD保护区域时读文字的方向一致. 6.1.6 Areas containing multiple categories shall be marked accordingly with multiple colors, e.g. raw material that is ESD sensitive. See appendix D. 多功能区域应用多种颜色来标识., 请参考附录D. 6.1.7 Floor marking must always
19、be in good condition. See appendix C for examples of good and bad taping. 地板标识应保持完整无损. 请参考附录C. 6.1.8 If the subscribed color does not contrast with the floor, it is permitted to have white boarders on both sides of the colored tape. The white color should in this case be minimum 4.8cm or 2 inches. 在
20、地板胶的颜色与地板颜色无异的情况下, 地板胶的两边可有白色边界. 白色边界至少为4.8厘米 或2英寸.6.2 Description of color codes/颜色代码描述 6.2.1 Good Material Solid Blue Line/合格物料蓝色6.2.1.1 Incoming Good Material Solid Blue Line/合格来料蓝色 Blue is used for all incoming good material, Work in Process, Raw in Process and In Process Kanban. All buffers wit
21、h products should be marked with blue unless the products are ready to be shipped to the customer External Customer. The blue line should cover the entire area where the material is to be kept, if need, the blue line should cover 4 corners of area. When blue is used to mark incoming goods, every con
22、tainer or pallet position should be marked as appropriate. 蓝色用于标识所有合格来料, 半成品, 待使用物料, 流程中Kanban. 除准备交付客户(外部客户)的成品之外的所有产品存放区必须使用蓝色胶带进行标识. 蓝色胶带应覆盖住整个物料存放区域,如有需要，蓝色胶带应标识出区域的4个角. 蓝色用于标识合格来料 时, 所有贮存箱或卡板存放的位置也应适当进行标识6.2.1 2 Returned Good Material退返的好料 Blue is used for all returning good material to a store
23、, stock room, SMI or a RIP store. Positions for materials being returned from the field to follow a RMA/CMA process should also be marked with blue; the blue line should cover the entire area where the material is to be used. If need, the blue line should cover 4 corners of the area. 蓝色用于标识所有退回到仓库,
24、贮料间, SMI, 或待使用物料仓库的好料. 所有用于存放从跟踪 RMA领域退回来的好料的区域也必须用蓝色进行标识， 蓝色胶带应覆盖住整个物料存放区域. 如有必要，蓝色胶带应标识出区域的4个角.6.2.1.3 Finished Goods 成品Blue is used for all material ready for shipment to the external customer. The material should have passed all inspection steps. The blue line should cover the entire area where
25、the material is to be kept, the blue line should cover 4 corners of area.蓝色用于标识所有准备出货给外部客户的物料。这些物料应通过所有检查步骤。蓝色胶带应完全覆盖住整个物料存放区域，如有需要，蓝色胶带应标识出区域的4个角。6.2.1.4 Materials Location and Aisles Delimiter 物料存放和走廊界线Blue is used to mark pallet staging areas and aisles in a warehouse environment where both incom
26、ing and outgoing pallets are stored at different times, but within the same area. If an area where material is staged at different times is used for incoming and outgoing goods, a solid blue line borders the staging area. In a warehouse, where aisles must be limited by solid painting, the black/whit
27、e stripes may be substituted with a solid blue line. 蓝色用于标识卡板存放区和货仓走廊内同一区域在不同时间存放来料卡板和输出成品卡板的区域. 同一个物料存放区,不同时间内用于存放来料和输出成品, 则这个区域应用蓝色胶带进行标识. 在货仓内,通道必须用胶带标出界线, 可用蓝色胶带代替黑白条纹的胶带 6.2.2 Defective Material Solid Red Line/ 待MRB的物料 红色For all Material known to be bad or suspected of being bad. Use Red to iso
28、late defective material found in a manufacturing process, or material that needs to be kept separate for further investigation. Work in Process waiting for repair should also be marked with Red. In a serial repair loop, kanban squares between repair operations should be Red. 适用于所有坏料或被怀疑为坏料的物料. 红色用于标
29、识在生产过程中产生的坏料, 或需另外存放 以作进一步审查的物料. 需返修的半成品也应用红色进行标识. 返修过程中, 返修工位之间的看板 也应用红色标识. 6.2.3 Trash / Waste / Recycle Solid Green Line 不可回收/不可循环/可回收使用类 绿色Green is used for marking areas containing all waste and scrap to be disposed or recycled. This marking can be combined with additional marking or colors of
30、containers for sorting of waste. When sorting of different fragments is being performed, the entire area where sorting is performed is marked with green and the containers are individually marked with specific fragments. When using the fragment color scheme, insure that bins are labeled in order to
