The testing personnel in the testing laboratories of CNI22 Sudan Project Office shall have relevant professional skills and ho
4、ld the testing qualification certificate.2、CNI22苏丹项目部试验室,在苏丹喀北电厂三期工程施工中,对工程所用的原材料,要做到及时有效的检测。2. All raw materials necessary for the execution of Khartoum North Power Station-Phase III Project shall be tested timely and effectively in the testing laboratories of CNI22 Sudan Project Office.2.1在原材料进场后及
5、时通知监理及其它相关单位,严格按中国标准规定的取样方法进行现场取样,并做好见证取样签字程序。2.1. 7、 installed at the storage places of raw materials.3、现场混凝土搅拌站在混凝土生产过程中,严格按混凝土配合比中的材料用量进行配制生产,并及时做到对混凝土的坍落度以及其它相关技术要求的检测，对不合格的混凝土不允许出站,要及时做好混凝土试件的取样工作,并按相关要求做好检测记录。3. 12、样。This Procedure is applicable to the sampling of raw materials, back filling, concrete and mortar in the testing laboratories of CNI22 Sudan Project Office during the execution of Khartoum North Power Station-Phase III Project.3 原材料取样方法3 Sampling method of raw materials 3.1 卵石取样方法3.1 Sampling metho
13、d of pebbles在料堆上取样时，取样部位应均匀分布。取样前先将取样部位表层铲除，然后从不同部位抽取大致等量的石子15份（在料堆的顶部、中部和底部均匀分布的15个不同部位取得）组成一组样品，样品不少于40Kg，每500吨样品取样不少于一次。While sampling from stockpiles, sampling locations shall be uniformly distributed. Sweep away the surface layer of sampling locations before sampling, and then draw out 15 appro
14、ximately equiponderant pebbles from different locations (obtained from 15 different locations uniformly distributed at the top, middle and bottom of the stockpiles) to form a group of samples which shall not be less than 40Kg and sampling shall not be less than one time for every 500t samples.CNI22苏

22、than one time for every 200t samples.3.5 钢筋取样方法3.5 Sampling method of steel bars3.5.1热轧钢筋(光圆、带肋、圆盘条)：每一验收批中，取试样一组(3根)，做拉伸试验。3.5.1 Hot rolled reinforced bars (plain, ribbed and round coiled bars): Take one group of samples (3 pieces) from each acceptance lot to carry out tensile test.a 试件应从两根钢筋中截取，每根
23、钢筋去掉端头500mm后，截取3根做拉伸试件。a. Test specimens shall be cut out from two pieces of bars. Each one will be cut off 500mm from the end head and then take 3 pieces for tensile test.b拉伸试件长度：5d200mm。带肋钢筋尽量切取有标志部分的钢筋。b. Length of tensile test specimens: 5d200mm. Ribbed steel bars should be cut from the indicate
24、d bars as far as possible. c热轧钢筋原材料检验应以每60t为一验收批，不足60t时，亦按一验收批计。c. Raw materials of hot rolled steel bars shall be subject to 60t as one acceptance lot. If it is less than 60t, it shall also be counted as one lot.3.5.2 钢筋闪光对焊接头：同一台班内（或一周之内累计），由同一焊工完成的300个同级别、同直径钢筋焊接接头作为一个验收批，从每批接头中，随机切取3个试件做拉伸试验。CNI

26、rade and same diameter that were performed by the same welder within the same machine shift (or accumulated within one week) shall be taken as one acceptance lot, from which 3 test specimens cut off at random shall be performed of tensile test. 3.5.3钢筋电渣压力焊接头：以每一楼层或施工区段中300个同级别钢筋作为一验收批，从每批接头中，随机切取3个
27、试件做拉伸试验。3.5.3 Electro-slag pressure welded joint of steel bars: 300 same-grade steel bars at each floor or construction section shall be taken as one acceptance lot, from which 3 test specimens cut off at random shall be performed of tensile test.3.5.4钢筋电弧焊接头：以300根同接头型式、同钢筋级别的接头作为一验收批，从每批接头中，随机切取3个接
28、头做拉抻试验。3.5.4 Arc-welded joint of steel bars: 300 joints of same type and same grade of steel bars shall be taken as one acceptance lot, from which 3 test specimens cut off at random shall be performed of tensile test. 3.5 钢筋取样方法3.5 Sampling method of steel bars3.5.1热轧钢筋(光圆、带肋、圆盘条)：每一验收批中，取试样一组(3根)，做
