And a low growth speed will mean fewer jobs but it is also likely to cause economic recession. We must strike a right balance between these two

15、me time insuring good quality and efficiency of economic development. With respect to jobs, I would like to say that we must pay close attention to economic restructuring. And in this course we should give priority to developing small and medium-sized enterprises, in particular small high-tech enter
