1.Description
ModelDH1716familyisasingle—channelCV/CCpowersupplywhichprovidesamediumpowerwithCV、CCauto—crossoveroperationmode.Inordertoimprovethereliabilityofthepowersupply,itadoptsaphasecontrolcircuit,anover—voltageprotectioncircuitattheoutputterminalandabuilt—inover—temperatureprotectionrelay.Thispowersupplyoffersfunctionsofmaster—slaveseriesandparallelconnection.Remoteresistanceprogrammingandremotevoltageprogramming.soitisanidealDCstabilizedpowersupply.Thisunitcanbewidelyusedinfactoriesresearchinstitutes,laboratoriesandvariousnationaleconomicdepartments.

3.1.CircuitCharacteristics
Thevoltagedropofaregulatorisfedbacktophase-controlcircuitU13-2forcomparesonsothatcanchangetheconductingangleofSCR,i.e,itcanchangetheoutputvoltageofarectifiersoastokeepthevoltagedropontheregulatorconstantbasically

TheCV/CCcircuitstransfersignalstoagatecircuitsimutaneously,accordingtotheneedsoftheload,determinateitisinCVoperationorCCoperation.ThegreenlamplightsinCVoperationmode.TheredlamplightsinCCoperationmode.Thevoltageandcurrentcanbepresetwhentheinstrumemthasnooutput.

Anadjustablereferencecircuitconsistsofanoperationalamplifier1/2U3,amultiturnpotentiometeronthepanel,vernierpotentiometersVR1andVR2.SingleoperationalamplifierU4isasamplingamplifierofCVsection.TheoutputvoltageattheoutputterminalthroughavoltagedivideralongwithareferencevoltageisappliedtotheoperationalamplifierU4-3.ThepositiveterminaloftheoutputvoltageisconnectedtothenegativeterminalofoperationalamplifierU4-2,thevoltagefromtheoutputterminaloftheamplifierpassesthroughthegatecircuitandisamplifedtocontroltheregulator.

Anadjustablereferencevoltagecircuitconsistsofanoperationalamplifier1/2U3,apotentiometeronthepanel,vernierpotentiometersVR3andVR4.SingleoperationalamplifierU5isansamplingamplifierofCCsection.ThevoltageatthenegativeterminalofthestandardsamplingresistoralongwiththereferencevoltageisappiedtothepositivephaseterminalofsamplingamplifierU4-3,thenegativeterminalofamplifierU4-2isconnectedtothepositivetermnalofthesamplingresistor.Theoutputvoltagefromtheamplifierpassesthroughthegateciruitandisamplifiedtocontroltheregulator.

Setthecurrentpotentiometer,CCissettoapresetvaluetoreducetheresistanceontheload.Theoutputcurrentincreases.whentheoutputcurrenthasreachedthepresetcurrentvalue,theoupoutvoltagedecreases,theoutputcurrentalsocannotincrease,thatmeanstheinstrumenthasgoneintoCCoperationmode,eventhroughtheresistanceontheloadisshortedtozero,theoutputcurrentalsocannotincrease,thatmeanstheinstrumentcantransferfromCVoperationmodeintoCCoperationmodeautomatically,makingtheloadnoover-current,meanwhilealsoprotectingtheinstrumentitself,vice-versa,thatistosay,theCV/CCcantransferoperationmodesofthepowersupplyautomatically.

Whentheoutputvoltageis10Vthepresetcurrentis10A.whlietheoperatingpointoftheloadisatApoint,thenRL=∝,whenRL=2Ω,theoperatingpointisatBpoint.whenRL=1Ω,theoperatingpointisatC,IftheloaddecreasesfromRL=1ΩtoRL=0.5Ωagain,thentheoperatingpointwillmovefromCpointtoDpoint,thepowersupplywillconvertfromCVregionintoCCregiontooperate,theoperationmodeconvertedatCpointisspecifiedascrossoverpoint.ThevoltageontheloadinCCoperationmodeIo×RL=10A×0.5Ω=5V.
