TheconstructionoftheworkswillbecommencedonJune6,2003andcompletedonNov.152003accordingtotheworksprogram,anditstotalconstructionperiodis140calendardays.It’sanisolatedfoundationofPHCpilesandcaps,withfoundationaldepthofburialof1.5~2.5m.Thepileworkshasbeencompleted.THFbuilding’slength:

6.5m.Theworks’level100.00isequaltotheabsolutelevelof4.00.AllconcretefortheworksshallbecommercialC30/C40concrete.
Sitecondition
Theconstructionsiteoftheworksiswide,power,watersupplyanddrainagehaveprovided,andthelevelinghasbeencompleted,ithasbeengetreadyforcommencement.Temporarypowersupplyforconstructionhasbeensolvedthroughprovidinggeneratorbythecontractoraswellastemporarywatersupplyhasbeenalsoconnectedtothesite.
3.Constructionarrangement
Constructionorganizationmanagement
ProjectmethodswillbeconductedfortheconstructionandwewillestablishaProjectDepartmentinchargeofperformingthecontractinallrespects,organizing,inductingmanaging,coordinatingandcontrollingtheconstruction.TheprojectDept.willtakescientificmanagement,crackandhighlyeffectiveteamaswellasreasonablestructureasitsprincipletoformastrongconstructionteamfortheworks’construction,meanwhile,acceptthesupervisionsofownerandsupervisorssotoensurethetimeandqualityoftheconstruction.
Aprojectresponsiblesystemwillbeconductedforallworksinrespectofproduction,technology,quality,costandsafety,withdynamicmanagementandoptimizedcombinationinsystem.Weintendstotakecorrespondingmeasuresasfollowsintheconstructionorganizationandarrangement:
3.1.1Inordertoensurethecompletionoftheworksintime,exceptpreparationofmasterprogram,sectionaloperationprogramwillbeworkedoutbasedthereontocontroltheconstructionprogressesofsectionalorsub-itemworks,organizelaborsinearnest,arrangeovertimeworkandallocatelaborsasnecessarytotheextentthattheconstructionprogressisensuredwithoutsuspensionandholdupinthework,andinitiativesofallparticipatesintheconstructionwillbefullygivenplayto,andtheconstructionassignedusbytheownerwillbecompletedonorbeforethespecifiedtime.
3.1.2Stressonplanningmanagement,properlyworkoutmonth,weekanddayworkplans,setupareliablematerialsandsupportingsystemtotheextentthatthesupplycanbeensuredandthetransportationmeetsanyrequirement.
3.1.3Fullyusecommercialconcreteforthestructureoftheworks,properlycoordinatewithconcretesuppliers,improveplanningandallocationtoensuretheconstructiondemands,conducttransactioninthecommercialconcretemanagementmarketandconcludeandsigncontractinrelationthereto.
3.1.4Organizationstructureonthesite:
EstablishaProjectManagementDept.andconductProjectManager’sresponsiblesystem,setupaconstructionatechnologysection,asafetyinspectionsection,amaterialssection,afinancial&budgetsection,asupportingsectionunderthedept.anduniformlydirectedbytheProjectmanager.Functionsofallsections(seeattachedmanagementnetworkoforganizationstructureonthesitehereinafter)asfollows:
Technologysection:
Jointlyreviewworkshopdrawings,preparingconstructionmethods,detailingdrawing,formworkandreinforcement,implementingconstructionmeasurementandsortingouttechnicaldata,tellingtheoperationsectionsforsectionalorsub-itemworksofthedetailedrequirements,solvingthetechnicalissuesoccurredintheconstructionandorganizetheconstructioninaccordancewiththeworkshopdrawings,relatedNationalCodes,Proceduresandregulations.
Qualityinspectionsection:
Befamiliartoconstructionspecifications,proceduresandstandardsforqualityinspection,performingqualityacceptanceworkintaking-handing-overofallworkingoperations,inspectandsupervisethequalityofthematerialsdeliveredtothesiteandconstructionqualityonthesite.Definethequalitytargetoftheworksandconductaqualityassessmentamongallsections.
Safetyinspectionsection:
Befamiliartosafetyoperationproceduresandlaborprotectionordinance,taketheresponsibilityforsafetyandcivilizationinspectionintheconstructionprocessandputforwardopinionsforrectification.
Materialssection:
Shallbefamiliartotheperformanceandqualityrequirementsofthematerials,preparematerialsprocurementandsupplyplans,buycorrespondingconstructionmaterialsintimeperrequiredbytheworks,takegoodcareofthematerialssuchasstorage,positionedstackingetc,timelyprovidedocumentationinformationinrespectofthequalityofthematerialstotechnologySection.
Financial&budgetsection:
properlytaketheresponsibilityforexaminingandcalculatingthecostfortheworks,statisticsofthequantityoftheworks,paymentcollection,alternationoftheconstructionbudgetetc.
Supportingsection:
Shallberesponsibleforlivingandlogisticswork,sitesecurity,sitecleaningandmaintainingwork.
Variousoperationalgroupswillbesetupfororganizinglaborspertradefortheworkssuchascarpentergroup,steelbendergroup,scaffoldingworkgroup,concretegroup,masonrygroup,installationgroupetc.tooperateundercoordinationandunifieddirection.

Wemainlyusederrickforthetransportationandprovideitwitha16tmobilecranewheninstallingroofrebar.

3.3.1Keyconstructionsequences:
Pitenclosureprotectionlowerwaterlevelthroughwell-pointsearthworkexcavationbeddinglayerandcuttingpipesbindingrebarandsettingformworkforfoundationporingconcrete(cure)forfoundationbackfillingupper-structureroofstructureequipmentfoundationandthefoundationatlevel100.00operatedsynchronicallypost-pourconcretebelt.
3.3.2ConcreteoffootingbeamofthefoundationofTHF/Poly-THFisplannedtobepouredfirsttothebottomofthebeddingslab,backfillafterformworkremoved,laybottomformworkoffillingslabandpourconcrete.
3.3.3HorizontalconstructionsectionofTHFequipmentwillbedividedinto2flowsectionsaspost-pouringbeltandoperatedcrossly.ItshallnotrequiredividingintoflowsectionsbecausetheareaforPoly-THFequipmentissmall.
