数控车床加工工艺与编程
1.工艺分析
图中零件,其成品最大直径为φ48mm,可采用φ54mm的圆柱棒料加工,保证各加工表面间具有较高的相互位置精度。
装夹时注意控制毛坯外伸量,提高装夹刚性。
2.工艺设计
根据零件加工要求,端面采用可转位硬质合金90°偏头端车刀,轮廓粗、精车均采用可转位硬质合金93°偏头车刀,螺纹退刀槽采用宽4mm机夹硬质合金切槽刀,螺纹采用可转位硬质合金外螺纹刀,以便采用较高的切削速度,从面提高加工质量和效率,最终切断采用宽4mm高速钢切断刀。

数控铣床加工工艺与编程
1.工艺方案设计
1)装夹方案
毛坯为150mm×100mm×34mm长方块(150mm×100mm四面已加工),材料为45锻件
用平口虎钳装夹工件,工件上表面高出钳口15mm左右,校正固定钳口的平行度以及工件上表面的平行度,确保精度要求。
