前言
本规范根据《工业和信息化部办公厅关于印发2015年第二批行业标准制修订计划的通知》(工信厅函[2015]429号)要求,由中国石油和化工勘察设计协会委托中国石油和化工勘察设计协会工程勘察与岩土分会组织修订。
本规范自实施之日起代替《高压喷射注浆施工操作技术规程》HG/T20691-2006。
本规范在修订过程中,编制组开展了广泛的专题调查研究,总结了多年来工程实践的经验,并以多种方式广泛征求了意见,对主要问题进行了反复的修改,最后经审查定稿。
本规范共分7章和6个附录,主要技术内容有:
总则、术语和符号、施工准备、施工工艺、施工操作、施工管理、质量检测与工程验收。
本规范修订的主要技术内容是:
1.调整了高压喷射注浆工艺应用范围和部分喷射注浆固结体性能参数;
2.增加术语一节;
3.调整了主要机具一览表、主要材料及配方;
4.调整了喷射注浆技术参数一览表;
5.补充了钻孔技术措施和喷射注浆作业规定;
6.调整了施工管理的条文内容,补充了关键工序的施工管理要求,补充完善了高压喷射注浆的主要危险源,增加了现场施工环境保护条款;
7.补充了高压喷射注浆施工过程中的质检和施工后全面检测的基本要求和检测项目;
8.增加了编写高压喷射注浆工程竣工报告的基本内容;
9.在附录部分增加了高压喷射注浆质量检查表,删减、调整了部分施工记录表。
本规范由中国石油和化学工业协会提出并归口。
本规范技术内容由湖南化工地质工程勘察院负责解释。

1总则
1.O.1为统一化工建设行业中高压喷射注浆地基与基础处理施工、检测和验收技术要求,
做到技术先进、质量可靠、经济合理,以及环境保护和安全生产,特制定本规范。
1.0.2高压喷射注浆的喷射流运动方式可分为旋转喷射、摆动喷射和定向喷射三种形式。
高压喷射注浆施工可分单管法、双液分喷法、双管法、三管法等多种施工工艺方法。
1.0.3高压喷射注浆适用于黏性土、粉土、砂类土、圆砾、黄土、淤泥质土和素填土等地层。
对于直径大于100mm以上的卵(块)石层、地下水流速较大地层、含有大量纤维质的腐植土层以及已受污染场地土,应根据现场试验结果确定其适用性。
1.0.4高压喷射注浆可应用于下列工程:
1新建建(构)筑物地基处理;
2既有建(构)筑物倾斜纠偏或地基加固处理;
3防渗隔水帷幕;
4挡土围护及不稳定斜坡体加固;
5隧道工程超前预处理;
6液化地基的处理等其他适用工程。
1.O.5高压喷射注浆方案确定后,结合工程情况应进行现场试验或试验性施工确定施工工艺和参数。
喷射注浆固结体设计强度和直径应通过现场试验验证。
1.O.6当工程需要加强喷射注浆固结体强度或喷射注浆固结体与既有建(构)筑物基础的连结强度时,在喷射注浆固结体初凝前期,可向其固结体中插入型钢或钢筋。
1.O.7本规范适用于喷射介质为水泥系浆液的高压喷射注浆施工,喷射介质为化学系浆液的高压喷射注浆施工可按本规范执行。
1.O.8高压喷射注浆施工除应符合本规范外,尚应符合国家现行有关标准的规定。
2术语和符号
2.1术语
2.1.1高压喷射注浆jetgrouting
利用机具把带有喷头及喷嘴的注浆管置入钻孔内预定的深度后,通过高压设备使浆、水、气成为高压流,从喷头上的喷嘴中喷射出来直接冲击切割地基土体,并与土粒混合凝固形成一个固结体,从而达到改良土体加固地基的一种施工技术方法。
2.1.2高压旋转喷射high-pressurerotatingjet
注浆管喷头边旋转边提升进行高压喷射,固结体呈圆柱状。
2.1.3高压摆动喷射high-pressureswingjet
注浆管喷头不旋转,只按一定角度来回摆动,边提升边进行高压喷射,固结体呈板状或放射状。
2.1.4高压定向喷射high-pressuredirectionaljet
注浆管喷头不旋转,只按固定方向进行高压喷射,同时进行提升,固结体呈薄板状或放射状。
2.1.5单管法jetgroutingmethodwithsingle-pipe
用单一注浆管,只喷射浆液的一种高压喷射注浆方法。
2.1.6双液分喷法double-jetsprayingmethod
是指使用单一注浆管,先喷射高压水,在土体内形成挠动松散体或空穴后,再喷射中、高压浆液的一种高压喷射注浆方法。
2.1.7双管法jetgroutingmethodwithdouble-pipe
用同轴双管或两列管,同时喷射气体和浆液,或水和浆液的一种高压喷射注浆方法。
2.1.8三管法jetgroutingmethodwithtriple-pipe
用同轴三管或三列管,同时喷射气体、水和浆液的一种高压喷射注浆方法。
2.2符号
2.2.1施工参数
n——喷嘴个数;
p——喷射压力(MPa);
Q——浆量(m3);
Q1——喷射泵量(L/min);
q——单位时间喷射量(m3/min)
V——提升速度(m/min);
ρ——喷射液体密度(g/cm3);
2.2.2几何参数
Dk——注浆钻孔直径(m);
De——旋喷体直径(m);
d0——喷嘴出口内径(mm);
H1——喷射长度(m);
H2——未喷射长度(m);
2.2.3其他符号
N——标准贯入击数;
K1——充填率;
K2——未喷射范围土的充填率;
β1——浆液喷量损失系数;
β2——孔口返浆损失系数;
μ——喷嘴流量系数;
Φ——喷射流速系数。
3施工准备
3.1一般规定
3.1.1进行高压喷射注浆施工前,工程项目委托方应提供如下基础资料:
1工程设计施工详图,施工技术要求,检测方法、数量及其各项指标。
2施工场地岩土工程勘察报告。
3施工场地范围内地下管线、防空洞及建(构)物基础形式和分布情况等资料。
3.1.2应根据施工合同、设计文件以及工程项目委托方提供的其他相关资料编制施工组织设计。
施工组织设计的主要内容应包括如下几方面:
1目的要求及场地条件。
2高压喷射注浆类型及施工工艺。
3施工设备配套及浆液材料配制标准。
4场地布置、浆液排放及施工顺序安排。
5施工技术参数及特殊情况处理。
6施工质量、工期、安全保证、文明生产和环境保护措施。
7自行检测及工程验收标准。
3.1.3在设备和人员进场时,必须对施工操作人员进行全面的技术、安全和环保措施交底。
3.1.4施工场地准备工作应符合下列要求:
1场地应平整,地面、地下无障碍。
2应设置排浆沟及过滤沉淀集浆池。
3应设置基线点和水准点,按施工图布设喷射注浆点位。
4应设置施工临时设施,保证现场施工用电、用水、设备维修及材料堆放等。
3.1.5在正式施工前,应作(3~5)个点的高压喷射注浆试验。
当通过试验查明施工效果不能达到设计要求,应分析原因,调整施工工艺、喷射参数或浆液配制,直到满足设计要求后再开展正式施工。
3.2主要机具及设备
3.2.1应根据高压喷射注浆设计要求、场地工程地质条件和现场作业条件选择高压喷射注浆施工机具和设备,其机具、设备型号和主要性能可按表3.2.1选用。
3.2.2在高压喷射注浆施工中,必须配备检测施工参数和浆液性能的风量计、流量计、压力表、比重计、秒表等测试仪器、仪表。

3.3主要材料及配方
3.3.l浆液中的固化剂材料在使用前应进行质量检测,搅拌浆液所用的水应符合混凝土拌合水的标准。
3.3.2浆液的配合比可根据工程需要和地质条件选配,在施工前应通过试验确定。
无条件试验时,固化剂材料为水泥系的浆液可按下列类型进行配制,具体外加剂浆液配方可按表3.3.2选用。
1普通型:
适用于无特殊要求的一般工程。
采用P·C32.5R早强型复合硅酸盐水泥或P·O42.5普通硅酸盐水泥,不加外加剂。
水灰比为0.8:
1~1.5:
1。
2速凝早强型:
适用于地下水较丰富或要求早期强度高的工程。
常用早强剂有氯化钙、水玻璃、三乙醇胺等。
3高强型:
固结体的平均抗压强度要求在12Mpa~20Mpa时,可选择高标号水泥,或选择亚甲基二萘磺酸钠、三乙醇胺、亚硝酸钠等高效型的减水剂和无机盐组成的复合配方。
4填充剂型:
适用于早期强度要求不高的工程,降低工程造价。
填充剂可用粉煤灰、矿渣、黏土粉等。

适用于防治土体冻胀的
