一、设备简介
1.EquipmentIntroduction
本设备用于锅炉给水的除氧。
Thisequipmentisusedtodeoxygenatetheboilerfeedwater.
1、本设备为热力喷雾淋水盘式除氧装置,由高压除氧器与除氧水箱组成,用于电站锅炉给水的除氧。
在正常工作下,利用汽轮机抽汽或压力得到控制且具有安全泻放装置的汽源作为加热蒸汽,将进入除氧器的水加热到与除氧器运行压力相对应的饱和蒸汽温度,根据道尔顿定律,将溶于水的氧与二氧化碳等非凝结气体除去,达到标准规定的除氧水,储存在除氧水箱中,随时准备供给用水的需要。
1).Thisdeaeratingequipmentisofsprayandpackingtype,consistingofhighpressuredeaeratorandstoragetank.Itisappliedtofeedwaterdeoxygenationofpowerstationboiler,hotwaterboilerandotherhotwaterequipment.Innormalworkingcondition,turbine'sextractionsteamorothersteamsourcewhichpressureisundercontrolandhassafetyreliefdevicewillbeusedasheatingsteamtoheatthewaterenteringthedeaeratortothesaturationsteamtemperaturecorrespondingtotheoperationpressureofthedeaerator.AccordingtotheDaltonLaw,itwilleliminateuncondensablegasesdissolvedinthewater,suchasoxygenandcarbondioxide,etc.,sothatthedeoxygenatedwaterwillsatisfythestandardrequirements.Thedeoxygenatedwaterwillbestoredinthestoragetankforsupplyatanytime.
2、本设备适用于在设定、滑压力下作定压运行。
定压运行时,备用加热蒸汽通过电动调节阀进入除氧器。
根据除氧器内部的设定压力为0.147MPa.a,自动调节阀开度,以控制入口加热蒸汽量。
2).Thisequipmentisapplicabletoconstantpressureandslidingpressureoperationunderthesetpressure.Constantpressureoperationunderthesetpressure,TheheatingsteamofAssistanceentersthedeaeratorthroughthemotoroperatedadjustvalve.Accordingtotheinternalsetpressure(0.147Mpa.a)ofthedeaerator,itwillautomaticallyadjustthevalveopeningtocontroltheflowoftheinletheatingsteam.
3、高压除氧器采用双封头卧式结构,通过支座坐落在水箱筒体上,水箱采用双封头卧式结构,除氧器及水箱通过下水管和蒸汽连通管进行连通,维持除氧器和水箱压力平衡,保证设备安全稳定运行。

4、高压除氧器设有(A48Y-16C)型弹簧全启式安全阀作为泻放装置,安全阀的开启压力和数量见设备图纸。
4).Thehighpressuredeaeratingequipmentisequippedwith(A48Y-16C)springfullopeningsafetyvalveaspressurereliefdevice.Fortheopeningpressureofsafetyvalveandnumber,pleaserefertotheequipmentdrawing.
5、在水箱筒体上设有2对就地磁翻板水位计,用于现场观察,还根据需要设有3对平衡容器,用于远方水位显示及报警、控制水位,当水位高于预定值时,及时发出高水位溢流放水信号,自动开启气动调节阀进行排水,以维持水箱中的正常水位,保证设备稳定运行。
另设2对备用水位测量接口,便于用户根据需要设置水位控制仪表。
5).Thereistwogrouplocalmagneticconversionwaterlevelgaugeequippedonthestoragetankcylinderforlocalobservation.Accordingtorequirement,itisalsoequippedwiththreegroupofbalancevesseforremotewaterlevelindicationandalarm.Whenwaterlevelishigherthanthepredefinedvalue,itwillgiveemergencydrainsignalandautomaticallyopentheaircontrolregulatesvalve.Itisequippedwithtwogroupofbalancevesseltoprovidewaterlevelautomaticadjustvalvewithwaterlevelsignaltocontrolthewaterlevelofthestoragetankandforremoteindicationorasastandby.
二、结构及原理
2.ConstructionandFunction
1、高压除氧器按水流方向,由上而下,分为排汽区段,空间区(除氧区)和填料区段。
主凝结水及补给水,以及各处合格的疏水进入除氧器水室内,在压差的作用下,经多只弹簧喷嘴,在压差的作用下形成射流喷射,形成伞状的水膜裙,加热蒸汽由淋水盘填料层侧面进入,在淋水盘间折流穿行,与入口水逐级相遇,进行热质交换。
将入口水加热到与除氧器运行压力相对应的饱和蒸汽温度,溶解于水中的氧气及不凝结气体,自水中逸出,经除氧器(头)上部的汽水分离装置和排汽管汇集管,排入大气,排氧门可以根据出水含氧量指标的变化,及时进行调整开度,以保证在出水含氧量达标的情况下节能。
入口水在空间区内完成一次除氧,在淋水盘层完成二次除氧。
除氧水由除氧器自流而下,经下水管自由下落,汇集于除氧水箱内。
除氧器端部还设有高加疏水管,为减少高加疏水对除氧器内件的冲击,设有不锈钢挡板,对进入的高加疏水进行汽水分离。
这种除氧器的传热系数较高,可在较短的时间内将水加热到要求的状态,达到除氧效果。
1).Accordingtotheflowingdirectionofthewater,fromtoptobottom,thehighpressuredeaeratorisdividedintosteamventingsection,spraydevice(consistingofwaterinletpipeassemblyandnozzle),spacesectionandpackingsection.Themaincondensedwater,feedwatermake-upandallotherqualifieddrainsenterthespraydeviceofthedeaerator.Undertheeffectofpressuredifference,therotationalwaterspraydownliketheshapeofmembranefromtheSeveralspringcoilssprayamouth.Heatsteamfrompourthewaterdishfillerlayeronthesideinto,atpourthewaterdishfoldtoflowtowearaline.Theprimaryheatingsteamrisesfromthebottomofthepacking,passingthroughthepackingandthewaterdistributionspacers,itpassesthroughthehollowpartandoutsidesurfaceofthewaterskirtinside,andgraduallymeetstheinletwatertoperformheatexchange.Whentheinletwaterisheatedtothesaturationsteamtemperaturecorrespondingtotheoperationpressureofthedeaerator,theoxygenandotheruncondensablegasesdissolvedinthewaterwillbeisolatedfromthewaterandventedtotheatmospherethroughtheventpipeofthesteam/waterseparatoratthetopofthedeaerator.Theinletwaterimplementsthefirstdeoxygenationinthesprayatomizationsectionandfinishestheseconddeoxygenationinthepacking.Thedeoxygenatedwaterflowsdowninthedeaerator,passingthroughthewaterdistributionpipeofthestoragetank,Itiscollectedinthestoragetank.EstablishH.P.heaterdraininletattheendofdeaerator,ForreduceH.P.heaterdraininlettoinadditiontotheimpactofthepieceinsidetheoxygenmachine,Establishthestainlesssteelblocksplank,H.P.heaterdraininlettocarryonseparationtowardsenterofhighly.Theheattransfercoefficientofthiskindofdeaeratorishigh;itcanheatthewatertosatisfytherequirementsinshorttimeandreachthedeoxygenationandheatingeffect.
2、除氧水箱由卧式筒体和两个封头焊制而成,水箱两端设有两个供检修和维护用的人孔。
筒体内设有多道T型加强圈,以保证水箱的强度和刚性。
除氧水箱内设不锈钢再沸腾辅助加热管,启动时或需要时,加热蒸汽通过沸腾管上的小孔,沸腾鼓泡,将水箱内给水进行再加热升温。
水箱底部设有3个除氧水(下水管)出口,下水管顶部设有特殊的防旋涡装置,防止出水在给水泵处产生汽蚀。
水箱侧面设有高位排水(溢流)管,当水箱水位超过高水位时,由DCS发出信号,开启气动调节阀进行高水位放水,以保证设备正常运行。
在水箱上部还设有设有给水再循环接管,该管深入水箱上部空间,给水由管上诸多小孔均匀喷出,均匀的洒在水箱水箱面上,以减少水面波动,水箱上部可能滞留的气体,通过蒸汽连通管排至除氧器空间内,直至通过除氧器顶部的排氧门排出,维持除氧器稳定安全运行。
水箱上留有就地水位测量接口和远传水位测量接口,就地压力、温度和远传压力、温度测口,便于就地观察水位、压力和温度,并实现远方控制水位、压力和温度。
).Ys-180storagetankisweldedbyhorizontalcylinderandtwoheads,andtherearetwomanholesatitstwoendsforcheckingandmaintenance.TherearealotofT-shapedstiffenersinthecylindertoguaranteethestrengthandrigidityofthestoragetank.Thestoragetankisequippedwithreboilingauxiliaryheatingpipe,thisheatingpipeadoptsmainpipebranchstructure,ifnecessary,theheatingsteamboilsandbubblesupthroughthenozzlesandholesintheboilingpipetoheatthefeedwater.Thestoragetankbottomestablishes3inadditiontotheoxygenwater(enterwateratube)export,Itisequippedwithaspecialanti-vortexdevicetopreventcavitationsinthefeedwaterpump.Therearehighleveldrain(Overflowtoflow)pipesaonthesideofthestoragetank,whenthewaterlevelofthestoragetankexceedsthehighwaterlevel,theelectriccontactswillgivesignalstoopenmotoroperatedvalvefordraining.Atthetoppartofthestoragetank,thereisequippedwithfeedwaterrecyclenozzle,thispipeisdeeplyinsertedintheupperspaceofthestoragetank,thefeedwaterspargesoutthroughtheholesinitandisevenlysprinkledonthesurfaceofthestoragetanktoreducethefluctuatingofthewater.Thegaswhichmaybedetainedinthetopofthetankwillbeventedtothedeaeratorthroughthepipesconnectingstoragetankanddeaerator,soastomaintainthestableandsecureoperationofthedeaerator.StaythewaterleveldiagraphtoconnectandFarEasToneTelecommunicationsCo.,Ltdwaterleveldiagraphtoconnectrightonthespotonthewatertank,rightonthespotthepressure,temperatureandFarEasToneTelecommunicationsCo.,Ltdpressure,temperaturemeasure,easytoobservethewaterlevel,pressureandtemperaturerightonthespot,andcarryoutthefar-awayplacecontrolwaterlevel,pressureandtemperature.
三、除氧设备的安装
3.Design,manufacture,installationandinspectionofdeoxygenatingequipment
1、本设备的安装,应符合《固定式压力容器安全技术监察规程》,GB150-1998《钢制压力容器》,《电站压力式除氧器安全技术规定》,JB/T10325-2002《锅炉除氧器技术条件》及电力建设施工及验收技术规范(汽轮机机组篇)的规定。
油漆,包装,运输按JB/T4711-2003《压力容器涂敷与运输包装》执行。
1).Design,fabrication,inspection,testandacceptancecriteriaofthisequipmentshallcomplywiththerequirementsofGB150-1998"SteelPressureVessels","SupervisionRegulationonSafetyTechnologyForStationaryPressureVessel"andJB/T10325-2002"Boilerinadditiontooxygenmachinetechniquecondition",andundersupervisionof"SupervisionSpecificationForTechnologyAndSafetyofPressureVessels"andTheinstallationoftheequipmentshallbeinaccordancewithDLJ53-81"ConstructionAndAcceptanceCriteriaofPowerPlantBuilding(turbine)".Painting,packingandtransportationoftheequipmentshallcomplywiththerequirementsofJB/T4711-2003"Painting,PackingAndTransportationOfPressureVessels".
2、现场组装的焊缝应符合设计图纸(设备系统图)技术要求中的规定。
2).Theweldingseamassembledatsiteshallcomplywiththeregulationsofthetechnicalrequirementsinthedesigndrawings.
3、水箱安装式就位找平,除氧器保持垂直。
水箱的鞍座面及基础台板,在水箱就位前,必须清扫干净平整。
滑动支座的滚体,位置安装应适当,滑动支座底板长圆孔在安装时,应在水箱膨胀方向留有足够的膨胀间距。
滑动支座的地脚螺栓应采用两个螺母,第一个拧紧后,倒退一圈。
再用第二个螺母锁紧。
