BritishMusicRightsarguesthatthesolutionpartlyliesindevelopingnewlegalservicesthatmakebreakingcopyrightunappealing(无吸引力的).
Mr.Sharkey,chiefexecutiveofBritishMusicRights,said,“Thepositivemessageisthat80percentofdownloaderssaidtheywouldpayforalegalsubscriptionbased(签署协议的)service,andthattheywouldbewillingtopaymorethanafewpoundsmonth.”
