根据文章第一段中的“UNESCO(UnitedNationsEducational,ScientificandCulturalOrganization)recentlysetApril30asadaytoraiseawarenessofjazzmusic,itssignificance,anditspotentialasaunifying(联合)voiceacrosscultures.”
再结合“It'sJasonMoran'sjobtohelpchangethat.”
根据文章第五段中的“‘Themusiccan'tbepresentedtodaythewayitwasin1908or1958.Ithastocontinuetomove,becausethewaytheworldworksisnotthesame…’”

根据第三段最后一句“Theattackerwhowaslunchingnowbecomeslunch(进食者却成了别人的午餐).”
Theattackerwhowaslunchingnowbecomeslunch”中的lunch,说明攻击者会成为午餐以及“Whenaleafyplantisunderattack, itdoesn’tsitquietly植物受到攻击时,不会坐以待毙”,故thetablesareturned意为“The plants get ready to fight back.
