1.Summarize
1.1BriefIntroduction
SDBR2100seriespaperlessrecorderinstrumentsadoptthreekindsoflatesttechnology,includingwidevisualangle,high-lightTFTtrue-colorLCD,bigmemoryFLASHRAMandhighlyreliableintelligent-embeddedU-diskdatabackups.Comparedwiththetraditionalpaperlessrecorderinstruments,MR2100seriesareabletoanalyzeanddealwiththesubstantivedataobtainedfromtheproductionflow,andcanhelptoimproveproductiontechniques,analyzeproductionflowandcalculateproductioncost.Itcanbewidelyusedintheproductionflowofmetallurgy,petrochemistry,electricpower,lightindustryandnuclearenergyandallscientificresearchfields.Itisconsideredasthemostidealproductiontoreplacetheautomaticbalanceablepaperrecorderinstrumentsthatarewidelyusedatpresent.
1.2Characteristic
1.BesidesadoptingbigmemoryFLASHRAMtosavereal-timedata,SDBR2100seriespaperlessrecorderinstrumentsalsouseU-disktorealizedatabackups.Ithascompletelycancelledthetraditionalmethodsofusingpapers,ink,pensandautomaticallytransmissiontorealizerecorder,andthusitcanreleasepeoplefromdailymaintenanceworklikespotchangingofpapers,inkandpens,andadvancethereliabilityandrealizecostsaving.
2.SDBR2100hasanintelligent-analoginputmodule,whichcanrealizefull-rangefree-inputofthermoresistance,thermocouple,andstandardsignals],andthushasthecharactersofhighprecision,reliability,currency,andfree-adjustingandsoon.Ithascompletelysolvedtheproblemofthecurrencyofspotinstrumentskeptinreserveandspareparts.
3.AdoptingTFTtrue-colorLCD,SDBR2100paperlessrecorderinstrumentscandisplaydataintheformofcurve,BarDiagram,Digitandstillmanyotherkindsofdisplayforms.Itcanachieveelectiveandcirculatingdisplayofsingle/multichannelincurve,BarDiagram,Digitdisplays.ThewaySDBR2100adoptstodothecurverecordertoimitatepaper-trackingdisplayandformercurvedynamicdisplaybrowseleadingitinthehighestflightintheworldinthisfield.
4.SDBR2100haseightkindsofflowaccumulationarithmetic,whichcancompletethelinearityandextractionarithmeticinfullcompensatingfluxofcommongas,saturatedgasandsteam-gas,andatthesametime,italsocandotheRetrievaloftotalAccumulationanddayAccumulationfor32days.
5.SDBR2100canrealizemulti-channel,24Vdouble-wirefeedbackand4~20mAcurrentinputsystem.Theinputisdirectlyassociatedwiththetransmittersitewhichcanbeeasilyinthespot.Besides,SDBR2100alsoprovides0~10mA,4~20mAdouble-wirecurrentoutput.
6.RecordeddatafromSDBR2100canbeanalyzedbyuppercomputersthroughU-disk.Therecordeddatacanbedisplayedinthewayofsinglechannelcurves,multi-channelcurvesandDigit.Movethecursoralongtherecordedcurve,thevalueandtimeatanypointinthecurvecanbedisplayed.Inaddition,thecurvehasthefunctionslikepartialenlargedandtimecompression,andallthedataandcurvesdisplayedcanbeprintedout.
