Tomorrow,IwillattendagatheringoftheUnitedNationsDevelopmentFundforWomen.There,thediscussionwillfocusonlocal—andhighlysuccessful—programsthatgivehard-workingwomenaccesstocreditsotheycanimprovetheirownlivesandthelivesoftheirfamilies.
