Theconstructionofaerialworksafetytechnicalcodeforconstructionofhigh-altitudeoperationsafetytechnicalspecification(JGJ8091)
ChapterIGeneralProvisions
Article1.0.1Thisregulationisformulatedforthepurposeofcarryingoutthepolicyofsafeproductionintheworkofconstructionandconstruction,andensuringtheprotectionrequirementstobeclear,technicallyreasonableandeconomicallyapplicable.
Article1.0.2ThisRegulationappliestotheconstructionofindustrialandcivilbuildings,buildingsandgeneralstructures,suchasfacing,opening,climbing,hanging,operatingplatformandcrossingduringheightoperation.
Thisspecificationisalsoapplicabletotheconstructionofallkindsofholes,pits,ditches,troughsandotherworksonotherheights.
Clause1.0.3
Theheightoperationsreferredtointhiscodeshallbeinlinewiththenationalstandard"classificationofheightoperations",GB3608-83,wheretheheightofthefallingheightabove2m(including2m)maybecarriedoutattheheightofthefall".
Article1.0.4inthecaseofheightoperations,inadditionto
theperformanceofthiscode,itshallalsocomplywiththestate'scurrentprovisionsrelatingtotheheightoperationandsafetytechnicalstandards.
Thesecondchapteristhebasicprovisions
Article2.0.1safetytechnicalmeasuresforheightoperationsandthenecessarymaterialsmustbeincludedintheconstructionorganizationdesignoftheproject.
Article2.0.2thepersonresponsiblefortheconstructionoftheunitshallberesponsiblefortheoperationsafetytechnologyoftheprojectandshallestablishthecorrespondingresponsibilitysystem.
Priortoconstruction,safetytechnicaleducationanddisclosureshallbecarriedoutstepbystep,andallsafetytechnicalmeasuresandpersonalprotectivearticlesshallbeimplemented,andconstructionshallnotbecarriedoutwithoutfallinginreal-time.
Article2.0.3safetysigns,tools,meters,electricalequipmentandequipmentinoperationatheightmustbecheckedbeforeconstructionandconfirmedtobeingoodconditionbeforetheycanbeputintouse.
Article2.0.4personnelwhoclimbandhangup,aswellasthosewhosetuphighoperationsafetyfacilities,mustundergoprofessionaltechnicaltrainingandprofessionalexaminations,becertified,andmustundergoregularmedicalexaminations.
Article2.0.5thesafety,technicalfacilitiesandthedefectsintheoperationoftheworkattheheightshallbesolvedintime,andtheworkmustbestoppedwhenendangeringthesafetyoftheperson.
Article2.0.6allfallingobjectsinaconstructionsiteshallberemovedorfixedinadvance.
Materialsusedinheightoperationsshallbestoredstablywithoutobstructionofpassageandloadingandunloading.Thetoolshouldbereadilyintothetoolbag;workintheaisle,channelboardandclimbingequipment,shouldbeclean;removetheobjectsandresidualmaterialandwasteshallpromptlycleanaway,shallnotbearbitrarilydiscardedordownthechaos.Transferobjectsnotthrown.
Clause2.0.7
Rainandsnowhighaltitudeoperation,mustadoptreliableantiskid,coldproofandantifreezingmeasures.Allwater,ice,frostandsnowshouldbeclearedintime.Alightningprotectioninstallationshallbeprovidedforthehigh-risebuildingforcarryingouttheworkathighaltitude.Incaseofsevereweathersuchasstrongwindsorthickfogovergradesix,noclimbingorhangingaloftoperationisallowed.Afterthesnowstormandtyphoonstorm,weshouldcheckthesafetyfacilitiesoftheworkontopofeachother,andfindthatthereareloose,deformed,damagedorfallenoff,
Shouldberepairedandperfectedimmediately.
Article2.0.8fortemporaryremovaloralterationofsafetyprotectionfacilitieswhennecessary,itmustbeagreeduponbytheconstructionsupervisorandtakencorrespondingreliablemeasures,andshallberesumedimmediatelyafteroperation.
Article2.0.9whenashelteriserectedanddismantled,awarningzoneshallbesetupandspecialpersonnelshallbesenttomonitorit.Itisstrictlyforbiddentodismantlebothatthetopandbottom.
Clause2.0.10
Safetyfacilitiesforhighaltitudeoperationofthemainforcemember,accordingtothegeneralformulaofstructuralmechanicscomputationalmechanics,strengthanddeflectioncalculatedinaccordancewiththerelevantnorms,butthesteelflexuralstrengthcalculationwithoutconsideringtheplasticeffect,thestructureshouldcomplywiththerelevantrequirementsofthecurrentspecification.
Thethirdchapterisaboutthesafetyprotectionofthetemporaryandsideopenings
Section1approachingwork
Article3.1.1protectionmeasuresshallbeprovidedforoperationsonthesideoftheslope,andshallconformtothefollowingprovisions:
Arailingorbalustradearoundthepit,notinstalledbalcony,
feedingtableandpickaroundthetable,andthecanopycorniceedge,noroofandfloorandthesurroundingwatertankandthewatertoweratthehandsaroundtheouterfoot,mustsetuptheprotectionrailing.
Twofloorsofaroundtwo,thefirstlayerofthewallheightofmorethan3.2m,andnofoothandover3.2mhighflooraround,mustbeattheperipheryoferectingasafetynet.
Three,layeredconstructionofthestaircaseandladderside,mustbeinstalledtemporaryguardrail.Thetopfloorshouldbeequippedwithformalprotectiverailingalongwiththeprogressoftheproject.
Four,thederrickandtheconstructionofelevatorsandscaffolding,andthebuildingonbothsidesofthechannelmustbeprovidedwithprotectiverailings.Safetysheltershallbeinstalledontheupperpartofthegroundpassage.Thedoublecagederrickshouldbeseparatedandclosedinthemiddleofthepassageway.
Five,allkindsofverticaltransportplatform,inadditiontobothsidesofthefencebars,theplatformshouldalsobeequippedwithsecuritydoorsormovableprotectiverailing.
Article3.1.2specificationsandconnectionrequirementsforrailingbarsfortemporaryprotectionshallcomplywiththefollowingprovisions:
Firstly,theeffectivediameterofthebamboolegshouldnotbelessthan72mm,thediameterofthebalustershouldnotbe
lessthan80mm,andthegalvanizedsteelwirenotlessthan16shallbeboundwithlessthan3rings,andthereshallbenoslip.
Two,lograilrodtopdiametershouldnotbelessthan70mm,lowerroddiametershouldnotbelessthan60mm,balustercolumndiametershouldnotbelessthan75mm.Andmustusethecorrespondinglengthofroundnail,orwithnotlessthan12galvanizedsteelwirebanding,requiringsmoothandstablesurface,novacillation.
Three,steelbarsontheroddiametershouldnotbelessthan16mm,roddiametershouldnotbelessthan14mm,balustercolumndiametershouldnotbelessthan18mm,usingweldingorgalvanizedsteelwirebindingfixed.
Four,steelpipe,crossbarandrailingcolumnareusedPhi48x(2.75~3.5)mmpipe,tofastenerorelectricweldingfixed.
Five,toothersteel,suchasanglesteelforprotectiverailing,rodshouldchoosethestrengthofthespecifications,toweldingfixed.
Article3.1.3whensettingupatemporaryprotectiverailing,thefollowingrequirementsmustbemet:
First,theprotectiverailingshouldbecomposedofupperandlowertwohorizontalbarsandbalustercolumns.Theupperpoleis1to1.2mfromthegroundandtheheightoftherodbelowthegroundis0.5to0.6m.Aroofwithaslopeof1to22shallbe1.5mhighandsecureupright.Inadditiontothedesignand
calculation,thelengthofthecrossbarisgreaterthan2m,
Railingsmustbeadded.
Two,therailingcolumnshouldbeconsistentwiththefollowingrequirements:
1whenitisfixedaroundthefoundationpit,thesteelpipecanbeusedanddrivenintotheground50~70cmdeep.Thedistancefromtheedgeofthesteelpipeshallnotbelessthan50cm.Whenthesheetpileisusedaroundthefoundation,thesteelpipecanbehitoutsidethesheetpile.
2whentheconcretefloor,rooforwallfixed,embeddedpartsandsteelorsteelweldingavailable.Thebambooandwoodrailings,welding30cmlongL50x5anglesinembeddedparts,theupperandlowerthedrillahole,andthenuse1mmboltswithbamboo,woodenpiecestied.
3whenfixedonmasonrysuchasbrickorblock,a80*6bendflatsteelshallbeinsertedinadvancetobeaconcreteblockofpreembeddediron,andthenshallbefixedbytheupperentrymethod.
Three.Thefixationofthebalusteranditsconnectionwiththecrossbar,anditsoverallstructureshallmaketheprotectiverailingatanyplaceontheupperpoleandbeabletowithstandany1000Nexternalforceinanydirection.Whentherailpositioniscrowded,impactofthevehicleorobjectcollisionwhenpossible,shouldincreasethecrosssectionorcolumnencryption.
Four,protectiverailingsmustbetop-downwithsafetynetclosed,orsettightfixedheightontherailbottomisnotlessthan18cmor40cmblockfootfootblockingfence.Footblockforfootfenceandblockingholesshouldbelessthan25mm.Barbarabelowthebottomsurfaceoftheplateandthedistanceofthegapshouldnotbemorethan10mm.
Theunloadingplatformoftherailingsonbothsides,mustaddatop-downverticalsafetynetorwiththebamboobar.
Five,whenthesideofthestreetfacesthestreet,inadditiontotheprotectiverailing,theopenfacademustbefilledwithhangingnetsorotherreliablemeasuresforfullclosedprocessing.
Article3.1.4mechanicalcalculationofthesideprotectionrailinganditsconstructionformareshowninAppendixtwo.
