Abstract:
Thedecisionstructureforair-defensebrigadeC4ISRsystembasedonPetrinetiscomposedoffourparts:
situation-analysis(SA),information-fusion(IF),resourceallocation(RA)andresponse-selection(RS).AfterreceivedenvironmentinformationwasprocessedbySA,andgottenresultofsituation-analysisistransmittedtoIFtoprocessagain,oritistransmittedtootherdecisionstructuretoinformationsharing.Thesameleveldecision-makinginthedecisionstructureincludeschiefdecision-making,staffdecision-makingandbattalioncommanderdecision-making,andtheorganization-structureconsistsconcentrativeform,distributedformandcompositeform.

利用小波变换图像压缩技术的炮兵指挥自动化系统

利用小波变换图像压缩技术的炮兵指挥自动化系统,采用Labwindows/CVI与MATLAB混合编程。
系统由地图数据库、GPS及目标信息接收和分析等功能模块组成。
图像压缩由扫描仪输入地图,得到相应编码系数,再通过域值进行幅值编码后直接输入到BLOB字段保存,并设置坐标字段以便索引。
取图时按目标信息确定用图范围,索引取出经域值幅值编码分解的离散子图像,再经haar小波的逆变换重构后显示。

ThesoftwareofAutomaticArtilleryFireCommandSystem(AAFCS)ofusingwaveletimagecompressiontechniquesisdesignedbymixingprogrammingofLabwindows/CVIwithMATLAB.TheAAFCSismadeupofmapdatabase,GPSsystemandthereceptionandanalysismodulesofmilitaryobjective.Theprocessofimagecompressioniscomposedofimportedmapbyscanner,gottencoefficientsofimagedecompositionbywavelettransform,codeddecomposedimagebyamplituderule,savedcodedimageinblobfieldofdatabaseandsetcoordinatefieldofdatabaseforindex.Whentheimagewastaken,themaprangefordisplaywasdeterminedaccordingtotargetinformation.Thediscretesub-imagecodedandencodedbydomainvalueandamplitudevaluewastakenoutbyindex,andthenthecodedimagewasreconstructedbyinversetransformandthemapwasdisplayed.

水下运动目标噪声线谱的联合估计方法

水下目标辐射噪声特征谱线的联合估计,基于水下运动目标线谱数学模型,通过分析水下目标辐射噪声特征等信息实现。
基于经典谱与现代谱估计的联合估计法提取水下目标辐射噪声线谱特征,首先分别估计采集数据的功率谱,得到估算功率谱图;
分析功率谱图,确定线谱存在的大致区域,再估计精确线谱。

用VB+ADO对海流数据库的访问

基于DSP的无人机导航系统数据通信

基于DSP的无人机导航系统数据通信系统,采用了F2812提高系统集成度,系统软件采用了基于FIFO的串口单工、双单工和半双工相结合,中断和查询相结合的通讯方式。
其GPS采用接收到字符即产生中断的方法,FIFO只起到缓冲作用,并在系统接收中断中,判断是否收到帧头。

16号数据链中导航与定位的同步方法

16号数据链中导航与定位,硬件可采用TOD法,即参与单元(JU)内部都固化一时钟且统一校准。
软件通过发送往返计时报文(RTT)使JU间获得时间的精同步,再根据报文传送时间调整自己时钟。
其步骤分为:
初始网络登录、粗同步、细同步及同步保持。
细同步后,按JU消息到达时间推算出JU间的距离,并将各JU置于统一坐标系中定位。
计算出其他单元的相对位置,完成导航。

干扰环境下的一种坐标平均方法

干扰环境下的坐标平均采用神经网络和模糊推理,通过零阶Sugeno模糊模型的自适应神经模糊推理求取目标位置信息的可信度。
防空C3I系统雷达信息处理,其算法含各层及混合学习算法,并在求取各雷达目标位置信息可信度后,归一化处理可信度,再利用加权平均法得到较精确的坐标平均结果。

双基阵纯方位水下被动目标的跟踪算法

双基阵纯方位水下被动目标的跟踪算法,以带拖曳阵声纳的潜艇为模型,将双基阵跟踪转化为随机跳动的特殊单基阵跟踪。
当潜艇利用双基阵进行目标跟踪时,把双基阵跟踪等效成单站跟踪,再采用伪线形估计器对目标的运动要素进行解算。
仿真结果表明该方法对目标和潜艇的运动态势有很强的适应能力。
