点阵LCD液晶显示屏实验
一、软硬件环境分析:
本设计是设计一个单片机控制的点阵LCD液晶显示屏上在LCD上显示“荆楚理工学院校训崇学尚德求实创新”字样的设计。
近年来随着科技的飞速发展,单片机的应用正在不断的走向深入,同时带动着传统控制检测日新月异更新。
本LCD液晶显示屏采用SED1520为中心器件,选用的122X32A点阵式液晶LCD。
将软、硬件有机地结合起来,其软件系统采用汇编语言编写程序,并在keil下调试通过,与软件相结合,调试修改,使达到预期的目的。
二、设计目的:
1.熟练掌握C51系统仿真开发系统的应用。
2.加强单片机的综合运用能力、提高单片机的软件编程和调试能力,为以后的学习和开发工作打下良好基础。
3.掌握的液晶的工作原理以及应用设计。
4.掌握小系统开发设计的流程以及设计思路。
5.学习获取字模的方法;学习122X32A液晶LCD的原理及编程方法。
三、工作原理:
1、我们选用的122X32A点阵式液晶LCD,是内置SED1520液晶显示控制器的屏,它集行、列驱动器和控制器于一体,被广泛应用于小规模液晶显示模块中。
SED1520内置2560位显示RAM区,RAM中的1位数据控制液晶屏上一个象素的亮、暗,“1”为亮,“0”为暗。
它具有16个行驱动输出和61个列驱动输出,可以直接与80系列或68系列的CPU相连,驱动占空比为1/32,显示内容:
122X32点。

SED1520有13条指令,从作用上可分为两大类:
一类为显示方式的设置指令,前6条指令为这一类指令,它们只需在初始化程序中写入一次即可。
另一类为显示数据读/写操作的指令,从第7条往下(包括读状态字)都是这类指令。

进入KEIL软件界面,点击项目/打开项目
在C:
\KEIL\UV2\3000TC51配套实验例程中选择实验一,内有ASM和C51两种程序,进入ASM文件夹打开实验十五点阵LCD液晶显示屏实验项目文件
进入如图所示界面
右键点击项目工作区的目标1,再弹出的菜单中选择“为目标‘目标1’选项”如图所示:
为项目文件选择一个目标器件(ATMEL89C51),如图所示:
在“为目标‘目标1’设置选项”中,点击“调试”菜单,在此菜单中可选择是使用硬件仿真,还是软件仿真,连接实验箱做实验时选择硬件仿真,点击硬件仿真选项后面的[设置]选项,在此对对话框中选择串口和波特率,串口根据所连电脑来决定。
波特率为9600。

点击“编译连接”图标,对项目文件进行编译。

若编译无误,则点击“调试”→“启动/停止调试”进入调试界面。

在调试界面中的可以对程序进行单步或全速运行的调试。

点击“调试/启动/停止调试”,进入调试界面,点击“调试/运行”可看到LCD液晶屏上显示“荆楚理工学院校训崇学尚德求实创新”。
