1.GeneralProvisions
1.0.1Thisspecificationisapplicablefortheconstructionandacceptanceofthecast-in-siteconcretestructureworksforsolelybearingequipmentinpetrochemicalindustry(hereinafterreferredtoasequipmentfoundation).Itisalsoavailableforreferencefortheequipmentfoundationofcorollaryworks.
Thisspecificationisnotapplicablefortheprecastreinforcedconcretestructureworksofbearingequipment.
1.0.2Allrawmaterials,semi-finishedproductsandfinishedproductsshallconformtothedesignedspecificationsandtheirqualitycertificatesshallbeprovided.Theyshallbere-examinedaccordingtotherelevantregulations.
1.0.3Thecorrosion-proofworksforequipmentfoundationshallconformtotherelevantregulationsontheGB50212“SpecificationsfortheConstructionandAcceptanceofBuildingCorrosion-proofWorks”.TheconstructionandacceptanceofpilefoundationandbearingplatformshallbeexecutedinaccordancewiththeJGJ94“SpecificationforBuildingPileFoundation”.
1.0.4Thesafetytechnology,labourprotectionandfireprecautionsshallconformtotherelevantregulationsontheSH3505“SpecificationforthePetrochemicalConstructionSafety”.
2.BasicRules
2.0.1Beforethecommencementofequipmentfoundation,themeasuringoflocationandlevelmarksmeasuringshallbelaidout,takingprecautionsandmakingclearsignsthere.
2.0.2Theconstructionofequipmentfoundationshallcommenceafterthebaseandpilefoundationhavebeenacceptedandarequalified.Thefollowingitemsshallbeexaminedduringtheacceptanceoffoundationpit.
1)Coordinateofcenterandsizeoffoundationpit,elevationandlevelnessofbasesurface;
2)Soilofbaseandtreatmentofbase;
3)Piledistribution,elevationofheadofpile,qualityofbuttofpile,andanchoringreinforcementbar;
4)Reportonacceptanceofpilefoundationandtechnicaldocumentsofbasetreatment
2.0.3Thefoundationpitshallbeexcavatedinlayers,withnomorethan1.0mdifferenceinelevation.Thedisposalofexcavatedearthisnotallowedtoimpactthestabilityofslopeoffoundationpit.Duringexcavateearthbymachinery,shallprotectpileshaftinpitfromdamaging.
2.0.4Alltheconcretechipsfromtheheadofprefabricatedpileshallberemoved.Thelooseheadofgroutingpileandtheconcretecontainingearthshallberemoved.
2.0.5Ifthesoilonthebottomofbearingplatformisfrozen,expansiveandconvex,ortheconcreteofgroutingpileisfrozenduringconstructioninwinter,allthefrozensoilandconcreteshallberemoved.Theloosesoilanddepositedwaterintheheadofpileandbottomofpitshallbeclearedthoroughlyduringconstructioninrainyseason.
2.0.6Itisnotallowedtolevelthesurfaceofpitbyfillingloosesoil.Thesamematerialsasthebeddingcourseoffoundationcanbeusedtoleveltheconcavewhereislowerthanthedesignedelevation.
2.0.7Theequipmentfoundationisnotallowedtocommenceuntilthenearbyundergroundworkswithmoredeptharecompletedandarequalifiedafterbackfillingofearthwork.
2.0.8Iftheequipmentfoundationisconductedinsideaconstructedbuildingornearabuilding,theprecautionsshallbetakentoprotectthestructureofbuildingfromsettlinganddamaging.
2.0.9Iftherearesomeadjacentfoundationswithdifferentdepth,firstlythedeepfoundationshallbeconstructed.Ifthebaseofshallowfoundationisdisturbed,themeasuresshallbetakentotreatthebase.
2.0.10Aftertheacceptanceoffoundationpit,theconstructionoffoundationshallstartintime.Ifabnormalphenomenaoccurinthefoundationpitduetointerruptionforalongtime,itisrequiredtotreatandacceptthefoundationpitagain.
