Abstract
ThefeasibilityanalysisofrealestateprojectSorianoM
Realestateindustryisatypicalcapital-intensiveindustry,withalargeinvestment,highchickenrisk,andlongcycleforalongtime,supplychainandregionalcharacteristics.Alotofrealestateprojectfeasibilitystudyinsufficientscience,projectsummaryon,oftenbecauseofunreasonablelocation,sizeistoolarge,useexternalconditionsdonothavetheinfluence;Constructiondelayduetolackofresources;Slowduetounreasonableproductstructure;Duetotheinsufficientmarketobservationandpricingofdefault.Oncetherealestateconstructionprojectdecision-makingmistakesisnotonlywastealotofmanpowerandmaterialresources,financialresources,increasetheenterprisedebtburden,bringthedeadlyblowtodevelopers.Precipitation,butalsoleadstoabankloanorevenrationalityaffecturbandevelopmentprocess.
