Abstract:
JaneAustinisafamousfemalewriterinthelate18thcenturytotheearly19thcenturyinBritain.Sheisthefirstonewhoconcernedordinarypeople'sdailylifeanddescribedthemwith.Herwordsthiswork,AustinexpressesideasaboutmarriagefromtheperspectiveofElizabethwhowasshapedasasmart,intelligent,livelyandlovelygirl.Austinissuperiorinportrayingfemalepsychology,butthedescriptionofMr.Darcy’scharactersalsocomestoalightspotwhichgracesmanyforthewholenovel.Inwholooksarrogantandneverimpressespeopleamicably.Butinfact,betweenthetwoexperiencesalotofmisunderstandsatfirstandthentheyproducelovetoeachotherandfinallystepintomarriage.Inthewholeprocess,Mr.Darcy'smanysplendidqualitiesarelargelypresentedbyindirectways,whichmakesalltheacquaintancesuddenlyrealize

PrideandPrejudicewaspublishedin1813byJane·Austin.Thisnovelwassoughtafterbyallthenationthemomentpublishedonmarket.ItcausedanewtrendinEngland.Austinbroughtanewimprovedliteraryworldwithwasborninaquitebeautifulvillagewheresheenjoyedalltheprettythingslifegivesburiedthebookbesidelifereappearedinandclosertotheordinarymodernlife.Thismodernity,with,elegantprosestyle,twiststory,cleverdetails,whichmadeanarrowlimitedscenewitharelaxedandwittymood,whichthenovelcreation.Shealsoanalyzedthenatureandstyleofcurrentsocietyandculture.What’smore,shegaveapictureaboutpastoralsceneryandthedailylifeofthemiddleclassinEnglishcountrysidewhichshockedbycapitalistindustrialrevolution.
