AbstractThetasksanddemandsofreducinggasolinevehicleemissionandimprovingatmosphereenvironmentforthegovernmentandautomobileindustriesanindicated.Thetechnologyforreducinggasolinevehicleexhaustemissionsanddevelopmentandapplicationofthecatalyticconvertersystemsareanalyzed.

1Introduction
Thedevelopmentofthecarindustry,ontheonehand,forhumansocietyEconomicdevelopmentprovidesaconvenientcondition,ontheotherhandcarwasteGasforhumansurvivalenvironmenthasalsobroughttheincreasinglyseriousHarm.ThemodernautomobiledevelopmenttechnologytargetfromusersConsider,firstissafety,comfortandeconomy.FromtheringTheperspective,someoftheserequirementsandlowemissionmethodRulesandpoliciesofcontradictory.Thismeansthatthehumantosteam
Caremissioncontroltechnologiesofperformancerequirementsingovernment(environmentalprotection)departmentDoorandinautomobileindustrydevelopmentisshownonthisproblemoutThecontradictionandmutualcoordination.
2Environmentalprotectionandofthedevelopmentofautomobileindustrycoordination
Inordertocontrolthecaremissions,sincetheearly70sontheworldtocreatetheautomobileexhaustemissionregulations(governmentdepartmentsdoor),Afterconstantimprovementandcorrection,regulationsbecomemoreandmorestrictly.Table1listEuropeandtheusfederalgovernmentautoemissionsregulationsofthedevelopmentprocess.Infact,surecarexhaustemissionregulationslimitisnotdifficult,buttheproblemis,inordertomeettherequirementsoftheregulations,theautoindustryintohuman,materialandfinancialresourcesiscountless.Inaddition,thedevelopmentcycleusuallyneedthreetofiveyears.Therefore,intheformulationandimplementationofforeignautoemissionsregulations,willthenextroundoftheimplementationoftheregulationstimeandcontent,reportedthatinadvance
Theautoindustryhasenoughtimetotakeappropriatemeasures.Thereforeintheimplementationoflawsandregulationswillnotappearregulationsandimplementationoftheautoindustryproductionanddevelopmentoftheconflict.
Recently,someplaceindomesticenactedorpromulgatedandimplementednewautoemissionsstandards,Therelevantdepartmentsofthestateinthenewnationalstandardalsospecified.Thefocusofthediscussiononthesestandardsistocarryoutfixednumberofyear.FromtheAngleofenvironmentalprotection,inordertoandtheinternationalcommunity,theimplementationofthecarassoonaspossiblestrictemissionsstandardsisimperative.Butmustleaveroomfortheautoindustry.Pastduetovariousreasons,evenmakenationalstandards,infactnostrictenforcement.Ontheotherhand,formulatestandardsmustalsohavea"advance",can'tmaketheautomotiveindustry.
Improvethequalityofatmosphericenvironmentisaglobalproblem,fromautoindustrytosee,itisnecessarytoputintothecorrespondinghuman,materialandfinancialresourcestoreducevehicleexhaustemissions.Ifholdflukypsychologythe,then,willeventuallybeoutbythemarket.
3Reduceautomobileexhaustemissionpollutionmayway
Reduceexhaustofatmospherepollutioncanbefromthefollowingtwoaspects.
(1)Reducepollutionemissions
Reduceemissionsistoreducepollutionandautomobileexhaustemission,hererelatedto:
a.Autotechnology.Inadditiontotheenginetechnology,alsorelatedtopowerautomobilestransmissionsystemoptimization,andthevehicletechnology.
b.Theroadtrafficplanninganddesign.Rationalplanningroad,ensuregoodtrafficroadconditionsandsparsetrafficdensity,reduceautomobileenginesinidlespeedandlowload,socanreducerunningtimeoftheautoemissions;
c.Thecardrivingconditions.Carinoff-designconditions(acceleration,slowingdown,idlespeed)andemissionperformanceinrelativelypoorworkingconditions,theoperationwillgreatlyincreaseemissions.Hereexceptandroadtrafficfactorsoutside,anddriversdrivinghabitshavecloselycontact;
d.Repairandmaintenance.Theheavy-dutyautomobilerepairandmaintenanceistoguaranteethelowpollution,oneoftheimportantmeasures.
(2)Improvethediffusionandabsorptioninenvironment
Herethetermcaremissions(exhaust,fuelevaporation,thecrankcaseventilation,etc)intheatmospherespread.Itinvolves:
a.Thegeographicalenvironment,suchaslocation,windpower,wind,temperatureandlight,etc;
b.Theoverallplanofthecity,suchascitybuildings,green,etc.
Thisshows,reduceautomobileemissionsisnotonlytheautoindustryandtheenvironmentalprotectiondepartment,stillwiththevehiclemanagementdepartments,publicsecuritydepartment(theyearlycheckofvehiclelicenseplate,permitsystem),theurbanplanning,theroadtrafficdepartmentarecloselylinked.Therefore,reduceautomobileemissionsisasystemsengineering,needeachdepartmentcoordinateandworktogether.
4Reducinggasolinevehicleexhaustemissionsmeasures
Domesticautoemissionsintheworldofadvancedqualityandlowemissionvehicle,thereisacertaingapcompared.Ifonlyonitsowntechnologystrength,toshorteninashorttime.Therefore,the"jumping"(theintroductionandabsorptionofadvancedtechnology)measuresisfeasible,butalsoneedtoowndevelopment,becauseatechnicalmeasureswillnotbesuitableforallkindsofmodelsfordifferentmodels,needalotofmatchingtheexperimentalresearch.Thisneedsrelateddepartmenttomakereduceautoemissionsoverall,sustainableplanning.
Fromlowerautoemissionsintermsoftechnology,accordingtothedomesticandforeignlong-termtheresultsofstudyshowthatthedifferenttechnicalmeasuresarelikelytoreduceemissions.Butatthesametimealsocanincreasethesystem'scomplexityandaffectotherperformance.Therefore,mustbebalancedvariousperformanceindicators.
Reducevehicleexhaustemissionsnotonlywithengineperformance,butalsorelatedtopowerautomobilestransmissionsystemmatching,optimizingtheparametersoftheclosecontact.
Inaddition,alsoneedaccordingtothetechnicalconditionsatthattimeandautoemissionsregulationsandestablishreasonablelimitthetechnicalrouteandresearchanddevelopmentstrategy.Inaddition,alsoneedaccordingtothetechnicalconditionsatthattimeandautoemissionsregulationsandestablishreasonablelimitthetechnicalrouteandresearchanddevelopmentstrategy.GermanBMWtoourcompanyontheseriesofvehicleengineemissionperformanceoflowdevelopmentresearch,forexample,fromonthewhole,ensurepower,economyandthepremiseofcomfort,reducetheautoemissionstechnologylinesfromthreeaspects:

⑴4cylindermachineseries
Thistypeofthemainrequirementsislowandmediumspeedrangereducedemissions,reducenoiseandfuelconsumption,andensurethatthedynamicperformanceofthehigherdriving.Forthis,thethroughtheexpansiontankandincreasethetripinordertoincreaseemissions;Optimizationairintakesystem;Furtherdevelopmentandimprovementofthegasolineenginecontrolfunctionsandtechnologymeasures.
⑵6cylindermachineseries
Forthisseriesofvehiclegasolineengineisrequiredinthelowspeedandusercommonlyusedspeedrangehaslargetorque,canmeettheLEVandEuropeanemissionsofEUⅢrequirements,butalsoreducethenoiseandfuelconsumption.Therefore,theexhaustallthecamshaftvariabletimingcontrolsystem;Inthesecondaryaircylinderheadintegratedchannel;Thecharacteristicsoffieldcontrolcoolingmediumtemperaturecontrolsystem;Theinletresonancesystem.NearthegasolineengineexhaustchambershouldLordcatalyticconverterstructure.
⑶Vmodel8cylinderengine
Vmodel8cylinderenginethegasolineenginefortheBMW5,7seriesmodels,therequirementstoseniorisfurtherreduceemissionsandfuelconsumption,noise,andtoensurethatthecorrespondingmodelsofhighpowersafety.Therefore,in6cylindermachine,andonthebasisofusingmoderntechnology,suchasthetimingofthevariableairintakesystem,adjustthecamshaftwithliquidcooledgeneratorandthetransmissionoilandwaterheatexchanger,andclosetothegasolineenginebeforetechnologysuchascatalyticconverter.
UsingtheinletvalvecontrolsystemofthevariableCAM,NOxinthesteady-statecanreduceby50%,throughtheinternalrecyclingHCgasdownby10%.Inthewarm-upphase,throughthecamshaftphaseadjustmentandputofftheignitioncangreatlyimprovetheexhausttemperature,soastoreduceHCemissions.
⑷Vmodel12cylinderengine
ForlowerVtype12cylinderengineHCemissionspurpose,inVtype8cylindersofthegasolineenginebasedontechnology,andthenusingairaroundtheinjectorandthecharacteristicsoftemperatureandcoolingmediumfieldcontrolmethod.Inaddition,alsointroducedanewconceptofthewastegaspurification,HCadsorptiondevice,electricalheatingcatalyticconverterandthetraditionalthree-waycatalyticconverterandsecondaryairsystemcombinationtechnology.
