BiologicaleffectsoftheMagneticStimulationontheToadHeart
Abstract-Westimulatedtheexposedtoadheartbyalowfrequencyandhighenergymagnetic.
Byanalyzethedataofthisexperiment,itshowsthatthepulsatingoftheweaktoadheartwould
makechangeafterstimulatedbymagnetic.Weakheartbeatstrengthened,thesinglepeakcurve
wouldbecomethetwopeakscurvewithatriawaveandventriclewaveafterthemagnetic
stimulation.Butthecyclingofrhythmicpulsatilecurveoftoaddoesn'tchange.
I.INTRODUTION
Alllifeformshavemagnetism.Allkindsofmagneticfieldwouldhavesomeeffectsonthe
configurationandactivitiesoflifeformsthatwhicheverenvironmentalmagnetic,additional
magneticorinsidemagneticoforganism.Thebiologiceffectsarerelatedtothecharacteristicsand

theintensionofthemagneticfield,aswellasthespeciesandthetissuesofthelifeforms.
Theexperimentationshowedthatmagnetismstimulationinsomerangewouldcontrolthe
growthofrattumour,whatevertheyareinoroutthebody.Muchmoretheycaninducethecancer
cellsdead.30mTmagneticstimulationwouldincreasethecontentofNOintheliverandthe
kidney.Magneticalsocanimprovetheactivityofsomeenzymeandpromotetheregenerationof
nervetissue.Cellwouldincrease,theboneswouldbeconcrescence,thescarwouldbe
rehabilitate.Thebloodrheologyandbloodcellnumberbothofhumanandratwouldchange
obviously,DIthebloodmucositywouldbelow.
Heartisthemostimportantapparatusoflife.Itpulsatesdayandnight.Heartoncestop
pulsating,thelifefordanger.Numerousscholarpaysattentiontotheroleofmagneticfield.Butthey
juststudiedtheeffectsofmagneticstimulationoftheheartpacemaker.Theexperimentsabout
directeffectsofstimulateheartbymagneticisveryfew.
Thetoadsareourexperimentanimals.Westimulatedandnotedbythemagneticstimulation
equipmentandthenotedequipmentofpulsatilecurvemadebyourselves.Analyzetheresults.
II.STUFF
A.Experimentequipments:
①magneticstimulationequipment;(magneticintension8-10T,
impulsewidth150ms,maximalstimulationfrequency5Hz);②softwareofnotedpulsatilecurve
(madebyourselves);③cardiomusculartransducer;④Ringer.Sol;⑤Batrachiainstruments;⑥clip
offrogheart;⑦cottonthread;®burette.
B.Experimentanimals:
toads.
III.METHOD
A.Destroythebrainandthespinalcordofthetoadbystylet:
Penetrateintotheoccipital
apertureuprightwithstylet,destroyedthebrainupwards,takebackthestyletanddestroythespinal
downwards.Ifthelimboftoadwererelaxed,itshowedthatthebrainandspinalweredestroyed
completely.
B.Exposethetoadheart:
Makethetoadlyingonitsbackonthewindingcenter.Themagnetic
aspectisuprightthroughthetoadheart.Cuttheventralskinoftoad,snipthebreastbone,exposethe
ratheart.Nipthehearttipbyclipcarefully.Makethecottonthreadtiedwiththeclipoffroghearthe
linkedwiththecardiomusculartransducer.Donotmakethetoadheartleavethorax,oritwould
disturbtheexperimentresults.
C.Notedtheresult:
Connectthecardiomusculartransducerwiththecomputer.Takenotesthe
curveoftoadheartwithoutgivingthestimulateofmagneticfield
D.Afterthreeminutes,notedtheweakpulsatilecurve.

E.Makethemagneticintension10T,electricize10s.Stimulatethetoadheartandrecordthe
pulsatilecurve.
IV.RESULTS
Theabscissaofcardiacrhythmicpulsatilecurveistime,theordinateisconstrictionpower.
Takenotesforthepulsatilecurveoftoadheartthatexposedjust.Wecanknowtherhythmic
pulsatilecycleofthetoadheartis1.5sfromfig1whichshowthecardiacrhythmicpulsatilecurve
ofthetoadwhichwasexposedtheheartjustnow.Therearetwowavesineachcycle,oneisatria
wave,theotherisventriclewave.Theatriawaveis0.5sandtheventriclewaveis1.0s.The
constrictionpowerofatriaislessthanthatofventricle.Theamplitudeofconstrictionpowerof
ventricleisthe2timesoftheatria.

Theconstrictionpoweroftoadheartwouldbecomeweakerafterthetoadheartwasexposed
forawhile.Atthesametime,atriumwaveandventriclewavecannotbealreadydistinguished.
Heartcontractingamplitudewerereducedobviously,donotgotothehalfoforiginalatriumwave.
Therhythmicpulsatilecycleofthetoadheartisstill1.5s.

Thereweresixtoadsasexperimentanimalinourexperiment.Afterexposingheartatime,the
rhythmicpulsatilecurveallbecamesinglepeakcurve.Stimulatethemwhenthesingleamplitude

was0.95.Notedthedataandanalyzethem.

Thereisdiscrepancybetweenthepulsatileaeachtoadwhichstimulatedbymagneticfield.
Thisisdividualdiscrepancy,itisrelatedwiththestrongoftheexperimentanimals.Butifcompared
thesepulsatileamplitudesoftoadswhichstimulatedbymagneticfieldwithamplitudeofthetoad
whichpulsatedweaklyatthesametimeofdiscrepancyisverynotobvious.
VI.CONCLUSIONS
ThereareaPwaveandaQRSwanelectrocardiogram.Comparethepulsatilecurvewiththe
