TheSurveyaboutthe“GenerationY”
Thesixteenissuesforthe"GenerationY"raised,itcannotsummarizeallthe"GenerationY",ofwhichthereisevenacertainbias.Butitcannowreflectthe"GenerationY"theirvalues,anawarenessoftheirsituation.Here,I,asastandard"GenerationY",analysisoftheresultsofeachsurvey.Wewillre-recognizethatthoseofushere"GenerationY"are.
Theviewsbytheoldergeneration
Fortheyoungergeneration,althoughwehavetogivetheoldergenerationismorequestionable,asfornow,leavealonethosewhohavebecomethefiftypercentofthelaborforcethattheyoungborninthe80speople,andtheremaining90orsowerebornthe"GenerationY"whohasshownmoreofamature,suchaslivetheWesternlife,livinginthevirtualworld,trysomeofthisageshouldnottrythings,etc.andsoon.So,itwouldbethisgenerationorevensad,infact,thisisliketheauthorstated,isnotreallythe"GenerationY"who,truetothem,witholderpeopleshouldhavethetraditionalthoughtsbytheimpactofolderpeople,theirtraditionalspiritevenmoredeep-rooted,theirvaluesarenotlacking,butnotyetwellknown.Thisgenerationhasbeenonlyagenerationofasylumingeneral,haveaslightlysuperiorlivingconditionsofthesurface,theyhave"fallen",infact,theirvalues,traditionalconceptofself-awareness,etc.
Thetraditionalconceptof“GenerationY”
Inresponse,somemorespecificfindingsmayexplainsomeoftheproblems.60%ofthenumberofyoungpeoplestillwanttoliveatraditionallife,only20%ofyoungpeopleadvocatingWesternlife(Figure1),whichmayonlyshowthattheirtraditionisstillthere,buttherearealsoyoungpeopletopursueWestern-styleromanticgroup,whichtheproportionofspecies,infact,justaveryreasonablepercentage.

Asofview,asdescribedinmysurvey,therearenearly80%ofthe"GenerationY",intheirhearts,themostimportantthingisfamily,ofcourse,havefeltthemostimportantorevenotherfriends(Figure2),butthiscanonlyDescription"GenerationY"aretheChinesetraditionstillexists,evenbetterthantheoldergenerationofthepoor.Thiswillalsobeasuccessortotheirownadvantagefromtheoldergeneration.ThateveryChineseshouldhaveideas,theywouldcherishforever,willtheyhavelesstakemanydetours.

Mostofthenearly80%ofthe"GenerationY"arestilltheowneroftheidealofchildhood(Figure3),infact,thisfigureisveryaccuratebecausetheidealofchildhoodareoftenfunnyornotrealistic.Andmostofthemadmittheyhaveagoodchildhood,theyarechasingtheirdreamstowardtheroadahead,butitismoreapartoftheirowndidnotfindtherealideal,whichis"GenerationY"facedaproblemofitsown.

Itisacommonfeature,theyspendalotoftimeontheInternet,thisistrue(Figure4).Nowthenetworkhasbecomeoneofthemostdevelopedmedia.Throughthenetworkcandomany,manythings,mostofwhichisrecreationandentertainment,forworkandstudytherearesomeminority.Thewidenetworkthatenablesyoungpeopletolearnalot,eveniftheadverseinformationfromtheinduction,itisalsoessentialforthegrowthoftheirlessons.Thus,welookatthings,notonlyfromthebadside,canbeconsideredmorepositively.

Forthe"GenerationY"wholackwhattheresultsfromthesurveyshows(Figure5),more"GenerationY"whofeeltheylackthesimplestyle,thisisnodoubt,becausethe"GenerationY"oflifewhentheyareyoungandtheycannotbecomparedtotheoldergeneration,slightlysuperiorlivingenvironmentmakesitdifficulttolearntheoldergenerationofplainliving,coupledwiththelureofnewthings,thisisforthe"GenerationY"areadisadvantages.Asfortheother"GenerationY"whoshouldhave:
thesenseofsocialresponsibility,ideally,athankfulheartandrightvalues,thereareconsiderablenumberofpeoplefeeltheylackthesame.

Theirvalues,fromthefollowingquestions,wecanreallydoishowtoseethemintheendasituation.Whentheyaskedwhatmakesthemhappy,youngpeoplechooseawonderfulfamily(Figure6),whatgoeswithoutsaying,theChinesefamilyintheeyesofanyoneofthemostimportantofall,letalonereceiveagoodeducationfromchildhood"GenerationY"are.Forthecommunityfor90afterthe"GenerationY"arethevariousformsofevaluation,theyfeeltheyarenotcorruptgeneration,agenerationcannotbecorrupt,becausetheyshouldhavehadtheideainmindandspirit.Whentheyaskedabouttheteamandthequestionoftheirowninterests,"GenerationY"whochosethefirstteam,followedbythematterunderthecircumstances.Thisisalsoverygood.

Everyleader,ourcompanyneedtoinfusepasselsoffreshbloodtohelpthecompany'soperation,andincreasethecompany'svigor.Andweallknow,currentsocialnearly50%laborareteenagers,namely"GenerationY".Wearerecruitingthegenerationofsuchtalent.But,"GenerationY"isnotassimpleasweexpect,inthecertainbehaviors,theyhabitinourviewishardtoacceptandunderstanding,sotheyoftenquestionedbytheoldergeneration.However,wecannotdenytheircomprehensiveability,becausetheyalsohavewealldon'tpossessthethings.
