JWell,weknewfromopinionsurveysthatourworkenvironmentneededimproving.Whendesigningthebuilding,weverymuchwantedtorealiseavisionwhichwasteam-basedandspaced,onethatinvolvedbringingpeopletogetherinanopenworkingenvironment.Wenowhaveanexcellentfacilitywherepeoplecanmeetandworkanywhereinthebuilding.Andbycentralizingourinformationanddata,wecannowworktogethermuchmoreeffectivelythanbefore.Wealsolookedatinformalityandwaysofreducinghierarchy.
